Zoe provides warm, respectful, confidential therapy that will challenge you when appropriate. She is used to working with male and female clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Her clients say they value her professional manner, her critical thinking and her sense of humour. Some of her current areas of specialisation are trauma and PTSD, mental wellbeing in the workplace, addiction, and best practices in psychotherapy technique.
Her work is also informed by her long career in business. A former ‘big 4’ management consultant she specialised in the people aspects of organisational change working for corporates in the United Kingdom, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific regions. She is a dual British and New Zealand citizen who lived in London for 18 years returning to New Zealand in 2020.
Zoë works in private practice and as a consultant psychotherapist. She is registered with the ACC sensitive claims service and with Victim Support. She encourages you to reach out for help and looks forward to supporting you.

All issues but especially PTSD and trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional instability, grief and loss, use of AI companions, identity issues, loneliness, migration adjustment, alcohol and substance use, relationship issues, self-esteem, social anxiety, life transitions and changes, communication and social skills.

Relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, trauma informed therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychology, mindfulness practices, and Māori models of health and wellbeing. Zoë attends ongoing clinical education.
